How Durable is the hinge?

The integral hinge is extremely durable. A representative sample of boxes were tested for both hinge durability and container strength at Monash University in Melbourne, and the results were very impressive. Copies of the report are available by following the "Testing and Accreditation" link on the left.

Can I have any colour I want?

For orders of 500 or more, the answer is usually yes. Our stock colours are black and natural, and available for orders of any size. Certain colours are reserved, and not all colours are food grade.

What security features and identification options are there?

There are holes on the box to thread a tamper evidence seal. For identification, the boxes can be shipped with label holders, and hot foiling or embossing your company logo is also possible.

How do PanPac Containers compare with those available at retail hardware outlets?

We use epdm, the same material used in bumper bars. Domestic-use containers are generally polyethylene or std polypropylene. Wall thickness is up to twice that of domestic use containers.

What grades are available?

The containers can be manufactured with food grade or anti-static materials.
